Tasha was so excited. She was going to go with her favorite auntie to see a new group called LMNT at the mall and couldn't decide what to wear. Should she wear her “Princess” t-shirt or her “Hottie” T-shirt? Ugh… being thirteen was tough and here she was about to go see the guys that she missed most from the TV show, MAKING THE BAND. She thought Ikaika and Bryan were so dreamy and that Mike had such a gorgeous smile and his deep voice just blew her away. 

She couldn't believe it when her Auntie called and asked her if she wanted to go. Was her Auntie nuts? Of course she wanted to go! Her mom letting her go was a miracle! She even got to skip church! How often was it that she got to spend time with her Auntie anyway? She thought her Auntie would actually go without her, but she was glad she invited her.

It took them an hour to get to the mall because Auntie took 202 instead of the turnpike as well as some backroads. Which was smart because the pike was a mess. They get to the mall and do a little shopping. Auntie suggested getting a bite to eat in Houlihan's so they go in and are about to order salads when her Auntie stops in her tracks and says, "Oh my Tash... isn't that Ikaika?" 

"Yeah, can we go say hi?" Tasha replies, feeling her hands began to shake.

"It's all right... no one else knows we're here so come on over and spend a few minutes with us." Bryan says in passing. "Hi, I'm Bryan." Bryan flashes Auntie and Tasha his gorgeous smile, which makes them both melt.   

"Ikaika, Mike... I'd like you to meet Tasha and her Aunt Tammy." Bryan says as a waiter helps move a table over to add to theirs.

"Hi!" Tasha and Tammy say to the guys who all respond in kind. 

"Tamm, come sit by me." Ikaika says as Tasha sits between Mike and Bryan. Tammy couldn't say no to Ikaika. Ikaika seemed so shy and reserve that he actually spoke to them and seemed comfortable made both Tasha and Tammy feel more at ease.

They all spend the next hour enjoying good food and conversation.

When the guys take the stage at Macy's court, they dedicate their first song to Tasha and Tammy to thank them for making them feel at home. Tasha and Tammy had a wonderful time. Tammy took four rolls of film and they both made some new friends.

They left the mall with wonderful memories and in anticipation of hearing and seeing more of the guys from LMNT.
